Almost all of our products can be customized by embroidery, laser engraving, printing, sublimation, or a combination of the above. You can email us at sales@epicdesignsok.com with a description and/or sketch of your idea, or you are welcome to call or stop by the store, and we would be happy to discuss your ideas in person.

At Epic Designs, we do most of our design work in CorelDraw, but, we also use several other programs depending on the project we are working on. We can work with many different file types, but we prefer true vector artwork in .cdr, .svg, vector .pdf, .eps, .ai just to name a few. Many times, we can also work with a high quality .png with transparent background or a high quality .jpeg, preferably, at least 300 dpi at the size it will be printed. If you design your own files in CANVA, you can share your design with us through CANVA. There's no perfect file type for every situation, but we are happy to help steer you in the right direction based on your project.

Ai generated images may look great on your phone or pc screen, however, they usually are low quality and heavily pixilated when sized for your project, and they often have solid backgrounds rather than transparent backgrounds. If your Ai generated artwork has clear, sharp detail, we may be able to use it, however, most require a design/artwork charge for us to convert them to useable files.
